It’s in the key of F#, or you can simply play D#minor pentatonic.
the chords should be the simple blues progression in the scale only

This came from the extras on the DVD The Road to Memphis: www.pbs.org And the only other complete performance by BB on the extras is Key to the Highway, which doesn’t have this incredibly searing guitar and is in fact pretty “lite”.
